Our team wants to support you to be well in body, mind and spirit. As health is not just about a lack of illness, GP surgeries needs different professionals to support you to stay well.
Health and wellbeing depends on relationships: with ourselves, others and the wider world. Relationships are built on quality listening and good conversations; where there is time to tell your story. We want to hear your story!

Home Visits

Please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit. Doctor's bag

A doctor will call you back after they have finished morning surgery, as it may be possible that your problem can be dealt with over the phone.

Home visits are only for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time it takes to make one home visit. Also better facilities for examining and treating patients are availabe at the Surgery.
