New Patient Registration
The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. Our catchment area is anywhere within E2, except E2 8** as this is classed as Hackney not Tower Hamlets.
Registration takes place at the practice every day that the practice is open. If you want to register, it would help us if you come to the practice after 11.00am as mornings are our busiest time. You will need to bring with you photogrpahic ID (ie Passport/Driving Licence) and one Proof of Address, dated within the last 6 weeks (ie Bank Statement/Utility Bill etc). You will also need to have your NHS number. This can be found on your NHS card (you would have been sent this when you registered with your last GP). If you no longer have this card, you can contact your previous GP or the Health Authority to obtain this number. Your NHS number will help us to obtain your previous medical records..
Your registration will take 48 hours to process - if you have an urgent medical problem which requires attention before then, you will need to go to the Walk In Centre at The Homerton Hospital (The practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation or appearance, disability or medical condition.)
