Our team wants to support you to be well in body, mind and spirit. As health is not just about a lack of illness, GP surgeries needs different professionals to support you to stay well.
Health and wellbeing depends on relationships: with ourselves, others and the wider world. Relationships are built on quality listening and good conversations; where there is time to tell your story. We want to hear your story!
