Due to the recent updated guidance from NHSE regarding Coronavirus we are taking extra precautions for your safety and ours. From Monday 16th March, we will be no longer be pre-booking face to face appointments and instead operating a system which follows current NHS guidance.
If you need to speak to a GP for any urgent or routine problem, please either:
- Submit an e-consult via the link in the blue box below
- Speak to our patient adviser team via telephone.
Please give as much information as possible so that we can connect you with the right person to make sure you get the help you need.
You may be offered a telephone, video or face-to-face consultation.
You will not be able to book appointments online for the time being

Please inform the patient advisers of your regular or preferred GP. If we are unable to offer you an appointment with the GP you have asked for, we will offer you an alternative.
If you feel that you have a medical problem which requires urgent attention, please call reception. The patient advisers will take a contact telephone number for you, and the on-call GP will call you back. They will speak to you on the phone, and if they feel it is appropriate, they will book you in to see them.
