Please give as much information as possible so that we can connect you with the right person to make sure you get the help you need.

You may be offered a telephone, video or face-to-face consultation.

Please inform the patient advisers of your regular or preferred GP. If we are unable to offer you an appointment with the GP you have asked for, we will offer you an alternative.


Urgent Appointments

If you feel that you have a medical problem which requires urgent attention, please call reception. The patient advisers will take a contact telephone number for you, and the on-call GP will call you back. They will speak to you on the phone, and if they feel it is appropriate, they will book you in to see them.
Please note that this is only for urgent medical problems.
